Bought A Small Fitbit At My Ww Mtg & I Need Large. Ww Will Not Exchange It!

I purchased a Fitbit size small. It does not fit, I need a large. I tried to exchange it at my WW meeting at Brea Community Center, Brea, CA. My leader ( Brooke ) & said she didn't think I could exchange & will check with her leader & let me know. Her leader told her no return or exchange on Fitbit. That is Weight Watcher policy. I called WW customer service & was forwarded to the return dept. I spoke with Michelle & I was told Yes I could exchange it for a large. However I would need to take it back to the location where I bought it. I told her I tried & was told NO that was WW policy. Per Michelle WW policy is to return or exchange anything if their is a problem, including the Fitbit. With this information I went back to my WW leader & Brooke & she went back to her leader & was told NO exchange or return.I went on WW website & emailed my problem. As of today, I have not received a response.This has ongoing for at least a month.Please HELP me.
