I Want To Publish My Website Domain Name Godaddy.com.

I want to publish my website connecting to Go Daddy.com. I also want to make sure all e-mails are going to my Go Daddy e-mail. I also would like to know how I can connect other visual media to the site. Possibly learn how to link other products to my website.
