Instuos5 Won't Work And White Led Keeps Coming On: What's Wrong/can I Fix This?

I got a wacom intuos5 medium for gradution and it has been a nightmare ever since. I got it working October 1st and recently it started being a nightmare again. Yesterday when I plugged it in the tablet refused to work and when I pushed the middle button the white LED light started flashing. I switched cords, uninstalled and reinstalled my driver. Since it still did not work I uinstalled the old driver, cleaned my disk utilities and downloaded the new one. I pulled the wireless USB out and nothing happened. Then I called wacom's tech support number and couldn't get in touch with an actual person, so I emailed them. Still no response. I gave it a rest and tried again today and it is still not working.
