Vtech V Flash Wont Turn

According to the troubleshooting section of the user guide, when that happens it means the battery is low on power. Remove and reinsert the batteries and see if that makes a difference; if not, replace the four AA batteries. (Instructions for installing the batteries can be found on page 4.)
