V Reader Won't Do Anything

Try turning the unit off and either removing the AC power cord or the batteries, waiting for a few seconds, then reinstalling the power cable or batteries and try to turn it on again. Make sure the cartridge is firmly seated before turning it on.
If it still doesn't turn on, try new batteries. If that doesn't make a difference, contact VTech tech support at 1-800-521-2010.
