Volume Wont Work On Vtech Mobigo

According to the Troubleshooting section of the user manual, if the volume won't work, it's because either it's turned all the way down, or there are headphones plugged in. If neither of those situations is the case, there may be a problem with the MobiGo's internal speaker. You can contact VTech technical support at 1-800-521-2010, and hopefully they can either help troubleshoot the problem, or replace or repair the unit.
