Mobigo Screen Turned White
I changed the batteries in the mobigo this morning and after my son played for about 10 min. the screen turned white. You can hear the game but not see anything. tried taking out batteries, holding down on/off button. Any other sugestions???
PS. I tried to call your tech support number but you can not call from Guam (a US territory)
