Problem With Innotab 2

i charge the taplet with the ac adaptor for 3 hours it turns on but i cannot see nothing in the screen it makes the sound when i turn it on. i do know how many hours do i need to charge it.

If your Vtech InnoTab Interactive Learning App Tablet displays a blank page after recharging, please turn off the device. Wait for a few seconds and remove the battery. After that, put the battery and turn on your device. If this doesn't resolve the issue, there might be a relation to the hardware failure. Please refer to the user's manual here for more information.
