My Sons Innotab Vtech Wont Turn On It Only Blinks Once And Turns Off

According to the troubleshooting section of the user guide, when that happens it means the battery is low on power. Remove and reinsert the battery and see if that makes a difference; if not, replace it with a new CR2025 battery.
