My Kids Innotab Flashes And Will Not Come On

Hi, if the InnoTab won't turn on, it's likely because the unit is low on power. Check or replace the batteries, or connect the AC power cable.

If the InnoTab still won't turn on, contact VTech tech support at 1-800-521-2010.
