Innotab Cartridge Problems
Hello. We bought our son the InnoTab 2. The game system its self works with all the factory installed apps. But we bought him 4 game cartridges for christmas. sometimes they work, but most of the time they dont work...? The system say "loading... and then goes back to the menu screen. The game icon for the cartridge, has lines in the picture icon on the screen. So it seems like its not making a connection with the cartridges. this is very upsetting to us and our child. how do we fix this issue?
