Innotab 2 Screen Wont Turn On But Has Sound How Do I Fix It

Hi, according to the user manual, if the screen won't turn on, it's likely because the Innotab is low on power. Check or replace the batteries, or connect the AC power cable.

If the screen still won't turn on, contact VTech tech support at 1-800-521-2010.
