Innotab 2 Low Battery When Plugged In

Hi, the power cable for the Innotab 2 provides power, but it doesn't charge the batteries. So even if you leave it connected, the batteries will still be low on power when you disconnect the power cable. Install new batteries, and the "low battery" message should go away.

If it doesn't go away for some reason, you can contact VTech technical support at 1-800-521-2010.
