Problem With Scooter
hi, how can i get it back from scooter to ride-on when the big screw is overtighten and got stuck? thanks

I just dealt with this same issue. I ended up using a pair of household pliers (not needlenose, the thicker kind). I grabbed the "big screw" with the pliers at the center of the knob and turned left (lefty loosey). It immediately loosened up and popped out. It scratched up the plastic but better that than it being stuck in scooter position forever, my daughter would have been crushed.
