I Cancelled Service The Day I Ordered It, And Have Been Unable Get The $90 They

I have been unable to get the $90 they took out of my bank account back.  The order posted to my account within 10 minutes of the order.  The response was to be hung-up on and my phone number was some how directed to a person that only gave me grief.  Any help out there?
