S80 2002 Coolant Boiling After Engine Switched Off. Temperature Gauge Normal.

I have a volvo s80 2002 with a turbo engine. While driving the car the temperature gauge stays in the middle and shows no signs of overheat. As soon as i switch off the engine, the water starts boiling inside the reservoir tank. Also, after driving it for 20-30 minutes i can smell burning oil.
