I Need To Use My Phone Again And I Cant Find The Pin Number.

I have an lg phone from vodfone that I used last year for six months when i was going to school in spain. i am going abroad to italy for a few weeks and would like to use it again, but i cant find my pin number anymore. what can be done to get the pin or to reprogram the pin?
