What To Do About Complaineds Who Don't Get Solved?
Since 8 months i am having problems with my vodafone modem.I don't even use 1 GB of my 2 GB limit every month.I pay for nothing really this way.And now i went to pay my last months bill and they told me i was over my limit and send messages with my laptop.Which i don't.They send me a text saying they checked it and i did and i have to pay.I know i have not used even half of my limit.So what can i do.Since 8 months this is now gooing on.Best Regards Miriam Van Bree
