Cannot Get My Amazon App To Connect.

My wi-fi is connected but amazon will not connect

It is possible a TV app issue. Try to clear cache and data for Amazon Video then reboot the app. I had the same issue. I had to reset my factory settings, go to my apps, click on Amazon App and get the app to recognize my TV
