Debit Card In China
Hello, I am from North Dakota, USA and am traveling in China. I attempted to use my Visa debit card at an ATM but, was told my card was invalid. However, I used the card three days ago at a US grocery store before I left. I also checked the online balance, which is shows that I have ample money in my account. Finally, I contacted my bank before I left and they said that they would clear the card for use in China and that I would be able to use it.
