What Went Wrong

Good day, I have agreed in November and December that an additional R50 is loaded to my pre-paid. the very next day, all my airtime was gone. I enquiry about that and the operators told me that I have used it on the Internet. I am not using any internet. Today, the operator told me that there is a problem with the technical support on Virgin Mobile and some one will contact me and I will be refunded. I am waiting in participating because I need to make urgent calls and cannot do anything because Virgin Mobile used my airtime.
