How Can I Get My Voice Mail To Allow Me Into Its System?

I have been trying to activate my voice mail messaging and I cannot enter its system. It keeps asking for my pass code which I have not entered. I have tried using my cell phone number and my vkey number but they are not what the system is looking for. Can someone help me please? I have three voice mail messages that I cannot access.

If you don't know your voicemail pin you will need to call Virgin Mobile customer service and tell them you want to reset it. Here is the phone number: 1-888-322-1122.
