Unable To Read Texts From My Daughters Phone

Hi. I have a samsung mobile VM665 and I am with virgin mobile. I am unable to receive text messages from my daughters mobile, but I am able to call her and she to call me. can you explain why this is?

Hello, sorry to hear of your issue

This type of issue most often arises when you have incorrect date and time settings on your mobile. This causes the phone to perceive the texts as having already been received in the past and hence do not show up. If this is not the case, I suggest you get your mobile examined in a service center.
