Battery Goes Dead After In Coming Call

Baught a new battery and still goes dead when in comming calls come in. no apps running

Hello luv4bun,

You did not state why you have a new battery. Was it because the old one drained the same as this new one is?

Also, you need to fully charge a new battery. If have not done so already, you should let the mobile device charge with the new battery in place overnight, if possible. Then see if you are still having an issue with Incoming Calls in the morning.

If you are still having an issue then you will likely need to contact Virgin Mobile to request assistance. The rep should refer you to a location close to you for servicing to see what is draining the battery, if possible.
