Last 4 Top-up Cards Have Not Worked On My Lg Vm Phone.

I've had this phone for about 1 year & it has worked fine until a few months ago. The last 4 top-up cards I have added have not worked correctly. I'm able to make 2 or 3 calls & then all of a sudden I have an $.08 or $.12 balance & cannot make any calls. I'm using the correct top-up cards & have even had my son buy cards & add them to my phone & it still does the same thing. I've added 3 - $20 top-up cards & 1-$30 top-up card & none of them have worked properly. After wasting $90 & getting no phone service, I would expect an answer to this problem & to be reimbursed for $90, especially since I've been laid off from work at the Univ. of MN for almost 2 years. I'm 64 and have an 88-year old mother in a nursing home & completely rely on my cell phone service. It is a lifeline for my family. Please reply asap. Thank you. Elaine Krueger
