Venture No Contract Phone &'unlimited Data Plan'aren't Working

Il bought a venture cellphone with a $45 1200 PHONE MINUTES & 'UNLINITED' DATA PLAN. After trying the phone.s functions in different surroundings, the phone reception is usual y terrible, cuts out, etc, and the internet is so slow after getting to a given website (email content can take forever or doesn't show at all. I was planning to take it back to Radio Shack a week ago, was ill, and plan to go tomorrow. Today I got a notice saying that my data was going to be even slower because I had capped a limit of 2560,000(?) MB of usage. I have loaded a couple of apps. no personal stuff, and a limited amount of texts. The phone is already terrible, and 'unlimited' does NOT have 'cap' as a subheading particularly when my usage has been so limited.
