normally its 6 digits and from my knowledge sometimes its your birthday as in "xx/xx/xx" but if you cant remember you account pin # most likely you can call customer care and answer a few security questions so you can be safley identified by there systems and with any luck you can retrive your current pin # or make a new one... good luck!
