Hello I Just Got A Message On My Android Lg Phone That Won A Prize Is This Real

Hi i just got a message on my android phone that i was chosen today's winner of a prize when i was asked to choose a prize within the frist 4 minutes it only say redirecting when i click on a prize is this a scam or what?
