How Does A Person Get Through To A Live Advisor

it is literally impossible to get ahold of a live advisor. it takes an act of congress to get through to a live advisor.

I know.... It's ridiculous... It takes a bit of manipulating, and I'm not sure the exact steps, but I know what to do. Say "Live Advisor" in the beginning. He will ask you the same crap he just asked you. Then say like "top-up" He'll then ask you how to pay. Say "Live Advisor" again. He will ask you a set of new things. Say "disconnect service" That gets you straight to someone.... When they ANSWER... >.> (on the phone with them now). Then just tell the person you're not disconnecting, and tell em what you need.

After you call, 1888-322-1122 and "Alex" talks, keep saying "Live advisor" After he asks you a question, just keep saying "live advisor"

After two long hours of trying to reach a person at Virgin Mobile, I finally gave up. However; upon activating my new phone, I heard the magical words "You are now being transferred to a live operator. Please stay on the line." Here are the steps:
1) Call. Number is on the site.
2) Say "Start up service."
3) Say "Transfer my service to Virgin mobile."
The guy will give a small speech about having crap ready. Say yes and you will be on your way to talking to a real Virgin Mobile rep!
