Account Balance

I have an automatic pre-pay plan of $25.00 per month.  My balance is $2.00 and I haven't used my phone. Evidently no money has been deposited, I thought we had fixed this problem. My pass word is not accepted, it is my daughters birthdate  HELP!!!.  I need this phone for emergencies.
