I Put 55 Dollars On A Rechargeable Virgin Moble Card And It Dont Work!!!!

itried to recharge my card but i call your number and it says the card does not have any money..well the store where i bought the 55 dollars is saying that it does have the money so wat do i do to get this card to work and start using my phone again????
