Refund - No One Has Refunded Unauthorized Charges To My Account,

requested cancellation of my phone, received confirmation from Virgin mobile on April 29, 2010. However, they continued to debit my account. Ive emailed three (3) times and called various times. However to no avail. this is extremely poor service and unethical.
