I Have The Viper 3105v And Having Issues With Arming

So I arm my truck and it sets with the (1) chirp as being armed. Then about a few seconds later it chirps again without me holding the arm button or touching the emote. what can i do to reset it back to the original settings?I called the store that installed the Viper alarm 3105V and stated that on the windshield theres thae attana. No lights were flashing and stated to put keys into starter turn or click (1X) to clear settings and then push button on the attana (3) times. It will go back to factory settings. So i did that and same issue keeps happening? So I am lost atm....
