How Can I Install The Switch Board To The Front Panel ?

My Viking VMOR205SS microwave hasn't been working for a while, No Power! Some electrician came in and said I need to ordere a new front panel for it, do I did and I attached the belt-like electrical connection to the electronic board right behind it. But it's still not working. Everything else as far as inside connections just look alright, and I can't see any disconnected wires in there. But it's not working! Can you help me please? By the way, the fan on the microwave works, so I'm assuming we have electricity in there. thanks for your help
