Why Did The Water Dispenser Suddenly Stop Working?

My VCFF036SS refrigerator's water dispenser suddenly just stopped working. I have now removed the filter and screwed in the blue plug/cap that is for when a filter is not used. Still not a drop of water. Any suggestions on a solution?
