Freezer Drain Freezes Up
My Viking VCBB363RSS is working perfectly. however I have to manually defrost the freezer every 2 months. The drain to the bottom pan freezes up and of course ice forms all across the back. Then finally on defrost cycle the water comes out the front of the freezer door on the bottom
