Some TV's Require You To Have Cable Or DISH For Your Video Signal. How Do You Receive Video Signal With No Cable Box Or DISH Receiver? Most Newer TV's Are Doing Away With VHF-UHF Antenna Signal. You Can Still Receive Signal From DVD-VHS-Blu-ray Players, Media Center Boxes. I'm Not Totally Sure But You May Get A Local Channel Or Two With Antenna But Not Likely From What I Hear.
