Verizon Droid Incredible Stopped Working- 40 Days Old- How To Get A New One?

Verizon refuses to send a new phone. We even bought the extra warranty. They want to send a refurbished lemon. How can I get a new phone? Don't bother to tell me the refurbished phone are as good as new, I have tried refurbished electronics and they are not reliable.

I received the SECOND Droid Incredible( refurbished) and it has issues! Something is wrong with the speaker in the replacement phone! I guess I cannot expect a phone that works from Verizon for only $250.00!! Buyers beware!

I agree refurbished phones are horrible. Cell phone companies will not send new replacement phones. I have worked for two different cell phone companies for many years total, and know they will only send refurbished phones. Also if you constantly request a replacement, even while under warrenty, they will eventually tell you to get a different phone. I know most cell phone companies have it written into their terms and conditions that if you need a replacement they are obligated only to send a refurbished phone while under warrenty.

Also be very careful because they will request you to send the damaged phone back to them, and if it is damaged in any way in transit and the transit company does not fess up then you will be held responsible. Make absolute sure there is no water damage or they will charge you an out of warrenty fee once they get the phone back as well.
