I Received A New Phone Today. I'm Attempting To Restore From Icloud.

Right now the screen shows Restore from iCloud. Down in the bottom it says:Time remaining estimating... It has been going on since 5:00 pm and it's now 7:44 pm. How do I know if it is actually restoring or not?

Tap the Verizon Cloud icon .
Tap the Navigation Menu icon (upper-left).
Tap the Settings icon (upper-right).
Do one of the following:
- To specify what types of content you want Cloud to back up:
  1. Tap What to Back Up.
  2. Tap the switch to the right of the desired options (e.g., Contacts, Photos, etc.) to turn on or off .
    If prompted to give Verizon Cloud access files, tap Allow.
  3. Tap the Back icon (upper-left) to return to the Settings screen
- To specify whether or not Cloud can use your mobile data connection:
  1. Tap How to Back Up.
  2. Select a network option:
    Selected when a checkmark is present.
    - Wi-Fi Only
    - Wi-Fi + Mobile Network (Data usage may apply)
