Straight Talk Android Phone Froze Up

a straight talk phone froze an was turned off now it wont cut back on. Does a new phone need to be bought?

First try removing the panel on the back and popping the battery out. Put the battery back in and try turning it on. It could also just need plugged into the charger for a bit before turning back on. If neither of these options work, call or visit your local or nearest Verizon store and talk to an associate to see if they can help. They should be able to help you so you won't have to buy a new one. Good Luck!
