Restocking Fee Charged
I recently returned a mobile phone that I purchased at Verizon and was charged with restocking fees. I did check with the Sales person regarding the return policy and he had mentioned about the 30 day return policy but failed to reveal the restocking fees.Later the Manager had apologized regarding the issue but refused to refund my restocking fees. Is there any other way I could get the refund.
