Recieved The Wrong App For A Droid, Can Anyone Help On How To Get The Right One.

I need help with a app i purchsed from google for the new droid phone, i was under the impression it was for the actual program when all it was the book, i would like to get the app if available or be refunded the charge if the actual program app is not available
