Denture Denial

I was recently denied for dentures under United Healthcare of Ohio. I thought this decision through about getting dentures for awhile, coming to the conclusion that it was in my best interest and my dental health to get dentures. Then after stressing over this I was denied because all of my teeth don't need to be pulled; I have 19 teeth left of which the only healthy ones at this point already have artificial dental work done to them. My teeth started deteriorating after having kids and this is very embarassing and painful at times. It seems financially smarter to approve dentures than to keep paying for the maintenance and ER visits that the existing issues cause. I just need to know what to do?
