If my flight has been delayed for one hour, can I be assured that I can arrive at a later time to the airport?

Yes. Even though airlines allow some "flexible" time within their flight schedules, it is safe to assume that if the flight is 1 hour delayed in departing, the arrival will also be later than originally scheduled.
