Where Is The $603+ Money United Airlines Owes Me?

United cancelled a flight on July 25 for October 22,2016 They gave me a different flight for th e same day which I could not take as I was going to a wedding in Nashville Tn and the wedding would be over by the time I got to Nashville on that flight. I took a flight on Oct, 21 which was perfect. But United had alreadycharged my credit card $630 for two cancelled flights. Could I please have a refund for those. I also hadan expensive scarf stolen from my luggage valued at $60. Please reimburse me for that. Thank you
