Camera Will Not Pair With My Montor

Im trying to pair my camera with my hand held monitor but does not seem to want to pair up with it , one of the cameras do but one does not I've tried everything that the manual says to do as far as troubleshooting and still no responce yet us there something else I can do to see if I can try to get it to pair up here are the things I've done 1. Located the pun hole back of cam to reset it 2. Located pin hole on monitor to reset it3. Folllowed all related instructions and still noreception
