Caller Id Button Not Working

when I click on th CID butyon on cordless, get the message please wait and than nothing. Does not arrow down through previous incoming phone calls. Date is incorrect on phone and will not hold current date and time. Had been working. Have hadvphone for about a year

I suggest you check the battery packs connectors & make certain the charger is working properly. Low battery power wreaked havoc on my uniden handset units.
