My Squelch Does Not Work And I Can Not Program It Can You Tell Me Whats Wrong Wi
MY SQUELCH DOES NOT WORK AT ALL. I CAN NOT GET IT TO SCAN THROUGH THE CHANNELS OR PROGRAM IT.
