Still No Patch?

I bought Toy Soldiers: War Chest a couple of weeks ago. While connected to the internet the game will not load the main menu to play. According to Ubisoft Devs "We are aware of the problem and are working to create a patch that fixes it." But, the temporary fix is to disconnect from the internet, set your consoles clock to August 2015 then reset the console. Well that was nearly a year ago now and still no patch. So my question is: Where is the patch to a game that should be working properly? So, until this game is fixed (and I mean this specific game) I will not be buying any more games made or produced by Ubisoft nor will buy any content for games I may have already. The car industry has a law for things like this called the "Lemon Law" What you've created is a lemon and yet you still sell it as a finished product. I will be telling everyone on Facebook, Twitter and other media outlets about what you are doing. I will do what I can to get people to boycott your company.
