I Mailed A Package Thru The Uspo Priority Mail International.
Guaranteed Delivery 12-23-13 12 oz. package arrived on 12-26-13 I paid $49.50 for this service. I tried calling their Customer Service International Dept. and was on HOLD for 31 minutes, 16 seconds before I was "clicked off". Who or what number can I contact to get my money back for this. I have ALL the paperwork and receipts for this transaction.THANKS for any help with this.
